We love the combination of pearls and hearts! This pendant once was a pin has a hinged bail that swings up and allows you to easily add it to a thin chain. The center of the heart has a cluster of old mine cut diamonds, 0.18 total carat weight, that shines bright among the pattern of tiny pearls. The heart is made of 14k yellow gold, that has a nice patina, since this piece was crafted circa 1890
