THE CUSTOM PROCESS
STEP ONE
Share your inspiration or idea, preferences for design, stones, metals and your budget. We ask that you first fill out our form on our contact page, so we are able to get an idea of what you are looking for and get started. The minimum spend budget for a completely custom design is $5,000. Modifications on any Ashley Zhang Jewelry Collection items have no minimum spend.
CUSTOM PROCESS
STEP TWO
Custom and Vintage appointments are available in-person, in New York City, by phone or via Zoom with designer and owner Ashley Zhang. Appointments are scheduled up to a week in advance and we are happy to accommodate out of town visitors. Ashley has made many custom design for clients from all over the globe. During your appointment, clients can expect to select gemstones and diamonds, and review designs directly with Ashley. Once a design is approved, production may take 4 to 8 weeks.

STEP THREE
Clients working on custom designs with Ashley will get step by step updates of the progress of the design and production. If a client is having a design created with CAD or wax carving, images will be sent to client for approval before moving on to production. Custom designs are 100% bespoke, created by hand, and we can make any changes you wish during the production process.

Delivery! Custom orders are shipped fully insured through UPS or Fedex. We can also help you obtain an appraisal if needed.
