The stunning blue sapphire is set in a bezel setting accented by hand dotted milgrain in platinum. We perfectly matched all of the antique old mine cute diamonds that surround the sapphire. The band is a 14 karat yellow gold that pops against the platinum setting of the stones. This ring is currently a size 6 and can easily be resized.
