Unusual in its shape, this rectangular locket is a fabulous find. From the Victorian era, circa 1890, the 10 karat yellow gold and rose gold has beautiful patina throughout. The pendant is substantial in size at 2.2 inches in length and 1.1 inches in width. The smooth rectangular black onyx features a bail with black enamel at the top, as well as a beautiful floral and crescent moon design with old mine cut diamonds set in 10 karat yellow gold. The old mine cut diamonds have a total weight of 0.11 carats. On the other side of the pendant, there is an oval glass window that allows for a photo or any desired object to rest in. It measures 1.25 inches in length, by 0.0.85 inches in width. Dramatically striking, this sleek and bold pendant is extremely well made, and is a unique piece to treasure forever.
