A beautiful antique ring from the Victorian era, made circa 1860. It features an amazing Old Mine Cut Diamond weighing approximately 0.64 carats, sitting in a classic 6-prong setting. The back is open allowing the light to flow through the diamond, creating amazing sparkle and shine. The beautiful antique cut diamond is set in 14 karat rosy-yellow gold, a common gold alloy mixture seen during the Victorian era. Moving down from the center setting is an engraved band done in relief style with lovely detailing. The band tapers from center to back creating a beautiful and classic line. This timeless solitaire diamond ring is a steadfast favorite and would make a fantastic engagement ring.
