A Peruzzi is a antique diamond cut that is extremely rare and unique. The stone is similar to an old mine cut diamond, it was one of the first brilliant cut diamonds developed in the 17th century. We believe while the diamond to be an antique the setting was made at a later date. The diamond weighs approximately 0.59 carats and is simply set in an 18 karat gold bezel with milgrain.
