The beautiful heart pendant features a beautiful swirl design and key hole, as well as a closure that allows for other mini charms to be added to the necklace as well. The Padlock heart easily opens and stays securely closed, and measures just under an inch in height. For the Victorians, heart padlock bracelets served as odes to forever love. We love to wear this pendant worn alone as a statement piece, or stacked with other favorites. Made in 18 karat yellow gold, the wonderful patina on the gold shows its age.  But it feels just as special today as it would have over a hundred years ago!
